Jonathan has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, with a primary focus on residential development. He began his career as an agent with Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills before shifting into multi-family investment in 2015 and launching his own development firm in 2020.

Since then, Jonathan has led the successful execution of a wide range of residential projects, including ground-up multifamily developments, brand-new ADU construction, and major single-family additions and remodels across Los Angeles County. He has overseen every phase of the development process—from land acquisition and entitlement to design coordination, permitting, budgeting, construction management, and final delivery.

His work includes repositioning underperforming multi-family properties as well as executing complex ground-up builds, with a focus on maximizing long-term value and design integrity. His projects have consistently performed well, with strong investor returns and long-term stability.

In addition to development, Jonathan brings deep operational experience as a property manager, having successfully maintained high-performing residential portfolios with above-market rents and well-preserved buildings.

Over the past decade, he has built a trusted network of architects, engineers, contractors, and tradespeople—relationships that have been critical to delivering projects efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
