My work spans the full spectrum of residential and commercial real estate — including ground-up multifamily developments, ADU construction, single-family additions and major remodels, as well as repositioning underperforming commercial and industrial properties.

Since 2015, I’ve been immersed in every stage of the development process: identifying opportunities, securing land, assembling talented teams, navigating entitlements, managing construction, and ultimately delivering high-quality projects that stand the test of time. My approach blends creativity with practicality, and I take pride in building properties that not only perform financially but also enhance the communities they’re part of.
